Orders
Most Swagdom products are fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand providers. Once an order is placed, it is automatically submitted to our production partner and enters the fulfillment process. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been submitted. Please double-check your details before confirming your purchase.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Payments must be made at the time of checkout.
Shipping
We offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Delays outside of our control (weather, customs, etc.) are not our responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are printed and fulfilled on demand, we only accept returns or offer replacements in cases of manufacturing defects, printing errors, or damaged items. If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or any non-defective concerns.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or website.
